Greenbrier Square
ICV built bright and welcoming new retail spaces that introduced Starbucks, Valvoline and Arby’s to fast-growing Chesapeake, VA. The attractive, contemporary design offers wide visibility from adjacent roadways, with easy entry access and parking.
Co-anchored by Kroger Marketplace, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream, Greenbrier Square attracts local and regional shoppers. We give 100% to all of our projects.
